The main oil cylinder is 500 tons of constant pressure extrusion and synchronous separation of cutting oil. The waste liquid can be recycled centrally. The wear-resistant alloy lining die ensures the stability of long-term high-pressure operation, the density of the produced aluminum blocks is uniform, the storage space is reduced by more than 75%, there is no dust loss in transshipment, and the smelting recovery premium is obvious.
This Metal Briquetting Press supports 24-hour continuous operation, with an hourly processing capacity of 3.2 tons. Only one person is required to be on duty. The closed processing conditions meet the requirements of environmental protection verification. The person in charge of the plant said that the qualified rate of one-week trial production of the equipment reached 100%, and the follow-up plan was to add the same type of units to increase the annual disposal scale of scrap aluminium to more than 20000 tons.
