This Hydraulic Briquetting Machine is the core equipment for metal processing waste treatment. Its nominal pressure is 500 tons, and the system pressure is usually up to 25 MPa. It can exert extremely strong vertical extrusion force.
The loose waste materials such as cast iron scraps, steel scraps, aluminum scraps and the like can be cold-pressed into a high-density round cake with the diameter of 120 to 140mm, the weight of a single block is about 4 to 5kg, the density is as high as 5t/m ³, and the volume is reduced to 1/5 to 1/10 of the original volume.
The hydraulic cold pressing process is adopted without heating and additives, which not only ensures the purity of metal materials, but also synchronously deoiling in the pressing process, separating cutting fluid and improving the recovery value. Single shift (8 hours) production capacity can reach 6-7 tons, equipped with PLC automatic control system, low failure rate, stable operation.
