How does our Metal Briguette Machine usually work?
In terms of a common working process, the material is firstly added into a large bin above a feeding device of a cake press; then a feeding cylinder moves forward to feed the material into a die, and then the feeding cylinder returns and resets; a sub cylinder drives a piston rod of a main cylinder and a punch to rapidly press down, and when the punch enters a die cavity, the sub cylinder is transferred to the main cylinder to slowly press down, so that the material in the die is pressed into high-density cakes by high pressure; After that, the main cylinder rises slightly (the punch does not go out of the die), and the block pushing cylinder retreats to drive the slider to retreat to the position where the cake can be pressed out; the main cylinder descends quickly to press the pressed cake out of the die cavity, and the block pushing cylinder drives the slider to move forward to push the cake out of the cake, and resets at the same time; finally, the sub cylinder drives the piston rod of the main cylinder and the punch to rise to complete an action cycle and enter the next cycle. (The screw feed can also be used instead of the feed cylinder)
